The keynote speakers for this event are Nayaswamis Jyotish and Devi, spiritual directors of Ananda Worldwide and United Nations Global Peace Ambassadors. With more than 50 years of experience of living yoga, they exemplify a life of joy, peace, inner freedom, and unending possibilities.

1 p.m. Welcome by Nayaswamis Hriman and Padma and Murali Venkatrao:

* Enjoy music, chanting, and a brief, guided meditation
1:45 p.m. Ananda-Joy Yoga Demonstration – introduction by Murali Venkatrao
In a narrated yoga-dance sequence, a team of yoga teachers will demonstrate the inspiration and principles upon which Ananda Yoga is based. Using affirmations, the movements alternate between soul-aspiration and soul-centeredness.
2:00 p.m. Keynote address by Nayaswamis Jyotish and Devi, including:
* How to find and trust inner guidance
* How to find courage, calmness, and confidence
* Say “Yes to Life!” and “Life says Yes to You!”
* Yoga is more than a posture, it is the breath of life
