After an intense dream I woke up and noticed a very strong presence by my bedroom door. That part of the room was lit up, and then the 'orb' knocked on my door twice; the sound was very audible, it was as if a cricket ball had tapped against the door. Obviously that got my attention, however what it did next was truly amazing. This is quite difficult to describe, but the spirit then basically burst right before my eyes. It was like a firework going off but much more intense, the result was a brief cascade of beautiful white steams of light. The spirit then re-formed into an orb shape and it started to hover very close to my face. My overiding thoughts at the time were that it had pure energy; it also had thoughts, and it seemed to react to the slight sense of fear that I had. It certainly vibrated at a much higher level that we do as human beings. The sound it made was like a humming bird, but again, it was far more intense. I eventually smiled at it and remember reaching out slowly to touch it, however it then began to fade, and seemed to change form once again. I've had paranormal experiences before but this was very exceptional. The spirit orb was about the size of a tennis ball and was grey / white in colour - it was transparent. I have a theory that the spirit was my guardian angel and had perhaps emerged because I was traumatized by the dream I had. Another theory is that it came to warn me, although this theory is from an independent psychic. I will never forget it. I am developing a higher spiritual awareness but I would welcome some input from someone regarding this experience. Anyone out there?
