An Open Letter To Virgo For June 2021
Do you really appreciate, understand, and fully comprehend what a gift your presence is to the world? Are you fully aware of your contribution to society and the common good? I doubt it. The average Virgo is incapable of accepting such an accolade without protest. You are far too modest. Nevertheless, I'm going to proceed to tell you how other people see you. What I'm about to unveil is not idle flattery but the distillation of approximately five thousands years of practical observation. Generation after generation of astrologers — over many thousand years — in various cultural contexts, have reached the same conclusions. Are you really going to dismiss them out of hand?
Both I, and my fellow astrologers, see you as an innately neat and tidy individuals. You are gifted with an analytical mind, which bestows great attention to detail. No pertinent facts evade your comprehension. In addition, you are tactile and good with your hands, although you don't like over familiarity and value your personal space. The average Virgo is very observant and is reluctant to stand idly by and watch their loved one's struggle. No, that's not you: you like to be of assistance and give a helping hand. Those are admirable qualities. Qualities of which you should be very proud to manifest. Yes, you like to feel useful. Not only do you help and support those you know intimately, you are always eager to be of assistance to others, even complete strangers. Not only that, but you are very discreet and care for the personal information of others with the same sense of duty and responsibility as you give to their physical welfare. However, your kindness and willingness to help often makes you vulnerable to emotional exploitation. You pay great attention to your environment: “everything in its place and a place for everything” could well be your motto.
Now, how do you feel about yourself?
Remember, the opinions I reflect here are not only my own but the accumulated wisdom built upon roughly five thousand years of astrological study, contemplation and experience. Can we all be wrong? Now lets us turn our attention to your future.
Venus and Saturn energies combine to control your emotions. This might manifest itself by making you extremely reluctant to commit yourself to any long-term relationships until you have done all your home-work. Yes, you want to fall head over heals in love, but taking on a boat load of financial commitments is making you pause for thought. One consequence might be that someone begins to question your motives and doubts your word. From their perspective you have, apparently, caught “an emotional cold” which is stifling your ability to express your feelings. In a worst-case scenario, they might fear you no longer love them. Only you know the truth of the matter. Perhaps it's time to confide in someone older and wiser. On the financial front the landscape is looking free from lurking danger. But there again, there's nothing to get excited about either. Yes, it's looking good in the long-term, but you want something thrilling to happen now. Isn't that true?
Lucky for you, a fleeting contact between the Moon and Jupiter is going to flip your mood from slightly morose to positively jubilant. Yes, this is just what you need. Simultaneously, Mars and Neptune inspire your actions and reinvigorate your romantic inclinations, perhaps even stimulate your libido. Yes, the tide's beginning to change in your favour. But before you get too excited, remember that a rather paternal and kill-joy Saturn is still overseeing unfolding events. Nevertheless, you have enough wriggle-room to express your passionate side and possibly get up to some mischief if that's what you really want to do. In short: on the surface a rather prosaic week but just look behind the scenes and a totally different and potentially more erotic picture emerges.
You continue to suspect that someone in your inner-circle resents your increasing desire to spread your wings and leave the nest. Academically inclined Virgo resent the restrictions placed upon them. You want to acquire knowledge without hindrance and no matter which way to turn obstacles present themselves. For many more Virgo the restrictions placed upon them are purely financial. Money makes the world go round and somebody slapped the brakes on and your world has juddered to a complete standstill. Yes, for you, life has ground to a halt. And it's so frustrating to have to sit motionless and watch the life pass you by. I understand where you are coming from. Thankfully I can give you a little encouraging news to help dispel your anxiety.
Mars and Pluto energies are triggered into action by the motion of the Moon. Yes, it's almost like “the dogs of war” are let slip and a tsunami of astral-energy conflicts with whatever it is that restricts your ambitions or inclinations. However, I suspect it is essential you contain your annoyance because an ill-considered self-assertive action might rebound upon you and prove to be counter-productive. Consequently, I'd urge you to proceed with caution and give every perceived opponent the benefit of the doubt. I say this because they may not be your enemy at all. In fact, some of them may have your best intentions at heart. I suspect there's a lot going on behind the scenes that you don't know about.
Although a struggle to assert your autonomy rumbles on in the background unresolved, Jupiter enters the fray on your behalf. Jupiter's high profile indicates success spread ever so thinly over a wide spectrum of your activities and interest. Joyfully, this base-layer of good things is enhanced and compounded by a huge “dollop” of good luck in one specific area of your life. For some Virgo this could manifest as a welcome bingo win. Other Virgo may become aware of an improvement in their health and general welfare; while other Vigo are introduced to their long awaited soulmate. As I've remarked before: nothing is cut and dried, or, black and white in astrology. Every astrological sigificator is context-sensitive and vulnerable to a multitude of variable factors. All an astrologer can do is relate what he believes to be the most likely outcome. In any event, it's your own Natal Horoscope which has the final say. Well, that's my honest opinion. Other astrologers may differ. But that's their prerogative.
Issues of personal choice and inhibiting circumstances/feelings linger on, however, the Sun forms a delightful trine aspect to Jupiter the Greater Benefic. Additionally, Venus (the planet often associated with love and luxury) forms a trine aspect to etherial, dreamlike, Neptune (often associated with devotion, romance, unworldliness and Spirituality). You don't have to be an astrologer to deduce that sound's potentially very rosy indeed. Yes, there's a host of good things that could unfold to brighten your days. I've got my fingers crossed for you. Neptune's influence can sometimes be difficult to discern and identify. But if you look close enough, I'm sure you will discover her finger-prints all over whatever little bundles of happiness present themselves. Every dark cloud has a silver lining and miracles happen every day, if we only have eyes to see them. Bye for now. Take care.
