Question: It is sometimes difficult to love thine enemy, what advice would you give us to help us do this?

To love thine enemy. First I would say do not have an enemy. Think on all others as friends. Do not allow the negativity of a thought to enter your minds and establish itself there in the form of an enemy.

There are differences of opinion, there are times to step back and to become one with yourself, but to make an enemy, or to think that you have an enemy is backward and negative, unhelpful and will stop your progress.

Give positive thought and love to whoever you think needs it. This I know can be difficult from your point of view, but believe me, there is no other way. To turn an enemy into a friend is a most beautiful and wonderful achievement.
