(Read several times the visualization, record it or have someone read it out loud to you.)

Sit or lay comfortably with a straight back. When you are ready, close your eyes. Focus on the top of your head when you inhale; put your attention on your belly when you exhale. Feel the air enter your nostrils and travel to your abdomen. Press your abdominal muscles when you exhale. Breathe this way nine times. Now breathe naturally.

Visualize yourself, as you are right now. See your body as if you were floating above it…like if you were a camera of sorts, monitoring the space. Now pull back…see the top of your house…your city, as if you were watching a Google map…go up…see your country… the planet…keep rising and expanding your vision.

Now you are at point in space where you can see the vastness of the universe.

See the stars, the planets, the galaxies…see them being hold and sustained by a warm, beautiful energy

This energy is made of pure, infinite, unconditional Love.

It is everywhere, within and without…It is a conscious energy, a true presence….hear it…what does it sound like? Feel it… What part of your body seems to connect the most to it?

Now feel this loving presence inside you… travelling with your blood, your nerve system… filling you up with light, until you lose sense of the boundaries between yourself and the energy…feel yourself expand, grow, become one with the Energy… one with Infinite Love…you vibrate at the same rhythm and pace as this energy of life…you are loved by it…you are the love…you radiate the love.

Breathe this love in.

Be in it.

Be it.

Breathe.

Know that this connection is real and you can access the awareness of it any time you want… It will be there when you open your eyes; it will be there all throughout your day and beyond, because we are never cut off from Love, we just need to remind ourselves to be aware of it.

Now, breathe in deeply one more time. Wiggle your toes and fingers. And in your own time, open your eyes.
