General: this is a month to learn about, explore and connect to the angelic/deva realms. To do this, however, some clearing is necessary. Do meditations and rituals related to forgiveness, be it towards yourself or others; letting go of dark thoughts and habits and find strategies to bypass or change resentment into lessons and insight. The idea is to work with the angelic/deva realms to find ways to tap and channel your potential.
Soul challenge: many may have been working spiritual issues for sometime without observing apparent results. The challenge is to hold on to your vision and continue your work, as tiring as it may feel sometimes. Consider changing some practices, incorporating new ideas, but do go on. The Universal Law of Gestation tells us that each project, seed, plan has its time of growth and development and this time cannot be hastened. Pamper yourself a bit, do activities that recharge your mind, body and soul and keep moving forwards.
Soul Gift: part of healing is showing appreciation towards ourselves and our endeavours. November’s invitation is to find a partner or group (maybe even create one) to work together towards spiritual goals, all within an ethos of open and honest speech. Make it a point that you and your partner (or group) take time to contemplate, find and enjoy the beauty and grace around you and discover ways to help create it in your surroundings.
Elemental Healing
Water: connect to the water element to heal your communication with your guides and angels, especially if you have been trouble sleeping. Remember that water is fluid, nurturing, refreshing and cleansing, so meditations and activities that reaffirm these qualities would be beneficial, including motherly/nurturing activities, such as taking care of plants, animals or people from a spirit of loving service, as well as meditations that involve water or mirrors. Suggestion: before going to bed, bless a cup of water either with a prayer or with words of love and appreciation and drink it. Ask angels and devas to come to you in dreams. Write down your dreams as soon as you wake up and see if you have received a message.
Earth: connect to the earth element to heal yo
ur communication with your intuition. Try creative yet hands-on activities, such as writing, painting, sculpting, and see what insights you can decipher. Remember, to trust your intuition you must first accept your Divine spark and honour it in you and others, so meditations and rituals that deal with this would be very useful. Suggestion: walk in Nature, if possible barefooted, and if very brave, under the rain with little protection, being very aware of the Earth under your feet, feeling its texture, its strength, its life giving energy. Under the protection of Mother Nature, bring to mind different issues and see how they “feel” in different parts of your body and what first, un-edited thoughts come to you in relation to them
Fire: the invitation of this element is to reconnect to your “animal” or natural side. Be active, daring, explore your body’s abilities and capacities, see how it compares to other creatures from the animal, vegetable and even mineral world. Spiritual work connected with animal guides and crystals would be of great help, especially if you find ways to connect them to the qualities of fire (masculine, purification, strength, male/god fertility). Suggestion: watch a fire, be it a bonfire, a candle or hearth fire. See if you can see animal and other shapes and write down what you perceive. Then think about the qualities, natural and mythical of the creatures and see if they inspire ways to enhance your spiritual practice and general life.
Air: connect to this element if you feel you have strayed a bit from your path and life purpose. Stop and listen the voice within. Take stock of your life the past weeks or months and see what activities and attitudes may have been pulling you away from your spiritual walk and ask the inner guide for ideas and ways to harmonize them into your Divine purpose or letting them go altogether. Suggestion: do breathing exercises to help you centred and clearly your mind. Have a few sessions of hearing gentle instrumental music that include natural sounds, such as waves, wind, rivers, write down any ideas that may come and try to transform them into positive, inspiring affirmations that strengthen your commitment to follow your path and purpose.
