Long Meditation
6:00-9:00 am
On weekends we host a three hour meditation starting at 6:00 am (come early for energization / yoga); chanting breaks at 7:30 and 8:30 am, closing with Healing Prayers at 9:00 am, (on rare occasions we end earlier because of other events).

5:45 am-7:15 am
We have guided group meditations every morning and most evenings in the Polestar Temple. On weekdays we start at 5:45 am with Paramhansa Yogananda's energization exercises and a brief hatha yoga session, followed by chanting and meditation ending at 7:15 am. |

Raja Yoga Class Series.
Mondays, 5 - 7 pm
These classes start with energization, hatha yoga, and meditation, followed by a discussion of the teachings of Paramhansa Yogananda as applied to daily life. Suggested donation $10.
This dynamic course brings the teachings of yoga right into your daily life. You will learn practical, powerful techniques for uplifting your energy and creating great clarity, peace and success in all that you do. Includes instruction in yoga and meditation, affirmations, journaling and discussion.
