Free Trial Yoga Class
This is a chance to drop in for an introductory Yoga class for anyone interested in learning about and experiencing the Sivananda style Yoga practice. Spaces are allocated on a first come, first serve basis. Wear loose, comfortable clothing that will be suitable for doing a Yoga practice. Yoga mats are provided; bring a towel to place on the mats for hygienic reasons.

Group Meditation and Satsang
Satsang starts with half an hour of silent meditation followed by devotional chanting and an informal talk on the practical philosophy of Yoga and Vedanta. This is an opportunity to share from the infinite wisdom of our Masters, Swami Sivananda and Swami Vishnudevananda, through their books and other writings. Kirtan (chanting) books are provided to help you follow and participate in the chanting.
At our Satsang you also get to meet visiting Acharyas and other senior staff of the organisation, and listen to their compelling stories from many years of experience. We finish the evening with Arati and the sharing of prasad and a simple vegetarian meal.
Chanting and meditating in a group raises the energy levels and accelerates spiritual progress.
