This class offers a dynamic sequence of somatic practice, breathwork, internal energy cultivation, imaginal practices, and meditation - all designed to support releasing into presence, developing clarity and expansiveness of mind, and grounding.
We'll begin with gentle somatic practices that help you tune into bodily sensations, release tension, and cultivate embodied awareness. From there, we'll move into breathwork exercises and energy cultivation techniques to enhance the subtle energy body and foster grounding. After these practices, brief instruction will be provided, and we'll transition into meditation that integrates both Focused Attention and Open Awareness styles.
We will conclude with an imaginal practice - a guided inner visualization that engages the power of imagery and felt experience to deepen inner clarity and cultivate qualities of presence and mind such as compassion, courage, spacious awareness, and loving-kindness, and more.
The session concludes with a short Q and A where participants can ask questions related to practice, techniques, wisdom traditions, or any other topic.
