Upon successful completion of the course, students receive an internationally recognized Yoga Alliance certification, allowing them to teach yoga worldwide.
The Yin Yoga Teacher Training Course in Rishikesh is a meditative and passive yoga practice that focuses on the body’s deep connective tissues, such as ligaments, joints, and fascia, rather than muscular engagement. Unlike dynamic yoga styles like Vinyasa or Ashtanga, which emphasize strength, movement, and flow, Yin Yoga involves holding poses for 3–5 minutes, primarily in seated or reclined positions, encouraging stillness, mindfulness, and deep inner awareness.
