** International speaker to lead seminar at local church **
Justin Peters will lead a conference at Cheyenne's Grace Bible Church located at 9204 Yellowstone Rd. The conference is being held on August 21-22, 2026, and will help attendees learn the importance of correct Biblical interpretation.
Peters is a Christian pastor, evangelist, teacher, author, and speaker. With 1.5 million views, his YouTube presence spans the globe as he speaks on Scriptural integrity with critiques of false teachings in the modern church.
Peters will speak on "hermeneutics," a method for properly interpreting Biblical passages. Attendees will leave with a solid foundation in reading and interpreting Scripture.
"Our desire is for people to have the appropriate tools to handle the Bible properly," said Grace Bible Church Pastor Mark Escalera. "In these days of social media, bad theology runs rampant around the globe. We need to know how to separate the bad from the good."
Peter's seminar is comprised of three one-hour sessions. It will discuss the fundamental principles of the historical-grammatical approach to biblical interpretation and address common mistakes people make.
"This seminar will equip conference attendees with the necessary knowledge and tools to reap the life-long and eternity-impacting benefits of the Bible," said Peters.
The seminar begins with a one-hour session at 6:30 p.m. Friday, Aug 21. It continues on Saturday at 9 a.m. with two one-hour sessions and concludes with a Q and A. The church will provide a continental breakfast before the session, and a free lunch will follow around noon.
Justin Peters will also be preaching at the 11:00 a.m. worship service on Sunday, August 23.
