What is Holistic Nutrition?
Holistic health is a system of complementary and integrative healthcare that accentuates personal responsibility (through conscious consumption and lifestyle choice) and a cooperative relationship between practitioner and client. It’s aim is to unify the physical, nutritional, environmental, emotional and spiritual components of the client’s life. Holistic wellness optimizes the body’s functionalities and mechanisms, in order to facilitate a state of homeostasis, or balance within the body. It’s ultimate aim is optimal health and wellness, through the most natural, and least invasive, intervention.
Services offered are rooted in the following principles:
Acknowledgement that each person is biochemically distinct and has unique nutritional needs as a result
Awareness of the meaning of holistic nutrition, the interrelationship of mind, body and spirit, and the importance of addressing these interactive factors, which are unique to each individual

The intention during this discovery call is for you to get to know me, and for me to get to know you. I want to know what brought you to me, to this calling to curate your path to wellness, what your personal history is, what your medical history is and so on. I want you to see if you connect with me, if what I say, and how I approach you and this journey resonates with you, if we can together, create magic for YOU to eat, move, feel and live more consciously, intuitively, purposefully and freely.
This session is for me to get a holistic picture of who YOU are. Your current state of health, your extensive health history from the moment of conception and birth, your personal wellness goals, concerns/restrictions/preferences and an overview of your current dietary/exercise routine as well as emotional and environmental exposures. We will discuss your priorities as well as any personal obstacles you face. This is a safe space. This is a space where, and time when you can openly discuss and share everything and anything about yourself with me, without any fear of judgment or expectation, as well as ask any questions you have. The more that I know, the more that I can do for you.
Following this session and a process of extensive intake information which will be analyzed by me, you will receive a very personalized plan which I will explain in-depth and which we will review together, to ensure optimal success with the program. The plan will include a breakdown of observed nutritional deficiencies and what affects this is personally having on your body, a breakdown of therapeutic or functional foods to incorporate in your life, tasteful and nutrient-dense meal suggestions or a meal plan based on your personal nutritional deficiencies and restrictions/preferences, lifestyles and goals, foods to avoid for your health concerns, safe supplementation (including dosages, time of use, brand, benefits of use), effective use of herbal medicine, lifestyle (workout routine, self-care routine, emotional wellness) recommendations and so on.
